Invisalign uses a series of clear removable aligners to straighten your teeth without metal wires or brackets.
The aligners are made through a combination of Dr. Gray's expertise and 3-D computer imaging technology. Invisalign allows you to view your own virtual treatment plan when you start, so you can see how your straight teeth will look when you treatment is complete.
You wear each set of aligners for about 2 weeks, removing them only to eat, drink, brush, and floss.
As you replace each aligner with the next in the series, your teeth will move - little by little, week by week - until they have straightened to the final position Dr. Gray has prescribed.
You'll visit Dr. Gray about once every 6 weeks to ensure that your treatment is progressing as planned.
Total treatment time averages 9 - 12 months and the average number of aligners worn during treatment is between 18 and 30, but both will vary from case to case.
Invisalign therapy is limited to a certain groups of orthodontic problems. To see if you are a candidate, ask Dr. Gray.

You'll wear each aligner for about two weeks and only take it out for eating, brushing, and flossing. As you replace each aligner with the next, your teeth will move - gradually - week by week, until they move into the final alignment your orthodontist prescribed. Then, you'll be smiling like you've never smiled before.
Removable: So you can eat and drink what you want while in treatment, plus brushing and flossing are no problem.
Comfortable: There is no metal to cause mouth abrasions during treatment
